What is Cloud Solution ?
Cloud solutions, cloud computing, cloud services all mean the same thing. It's an on demand service that many organization use to structure their services. An example of this would be services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc. These are very powerful platforms used to store data. What makes cloud services different then having your own server is accessibility and scaling. When you have an in-house server and want to increase storage space you are required to do physical changes to the server, maybe add a new slot for an internal hard drive if there is no additional slots. You would also be responsible to ensuring your server is up-to-date handling the users requests this would ultimacy mean doing tasks such as increasing RAM, add a graphics card, etc. Some of these changes aren't as simple as a plug and play process. They require research based on the components you have. In some cases a whole new server would need to be in consideration if the tasks has started to advance and your CPU cannot handle it. There are limitations on motherboards for the types of CPU's they accept.

Cloud Services fixes these problems by being able to scale your organization within a click of a button, The services they provided are on a pay as you go bases. So if you want to scale down to save cost that can also be done. The best thing about Cloud Solutions is accessibility. You can access data without physically being at the office. You are able to do so anywhere while still remaining secure.

** There is also an option of having a hybrid model, between a on-site server and cloud server **
